Why don't they just give North Korea everything it wants in exchange for some more vague promises that will never be kept? That seems to be the gist of American policy these days. Theodore Roosevelt once said "speak softly and carry a big stick." Nowadays US foreign policy is just a bad joke and even a tinpot dictator like Kim Jong-Il has no problem making a fool out of the US.
No hurry on the part of North Korea to " provide a complete and accurate declaration of their nuclear activities." I believe they have already received much of the oil they were promised. Maybe if the US and South Korea gives the North another million tons of oil they will make another promise (and fail to keep it)!
