Take a look at Americans. They have their collective noses in everyones' business. American big business dictates to the policy makers, and their objective is to make money and to do that they they need their factories running full tilt. To do this they need wars all over the globe to fuel profit. Americans are the worlds trouble makers, not the worlds policemen.
