Is there any other country quite so naive as the US? North Korea has had plenty of time to disclose all its nuclear weapons programs. All N. Korea has to do is drop a little hint that there might be some progress, maybe, at some time in the future and the US gives it more of the aid it "promised." After all the aid has been delivered, N. Korea will find a reason to break off talks and Christopher Hill and Condaleeza Rice will stand around looking stupid. They never learn.
