To the author of this news article: Is this NEWS or is this COMMENTARY? What's with this "but now must endure the ignominy of being publicly pitied: even movie star Clint Eastwood said this week he felt sorry for her." You are distorting what he said. He said he felt sorry for the woman because of the way she was treated (sexist) not because she is not quiting. In my opinion, I think it's the NEWS MEDIA that is fueling the fire as if it's Jerry Springer. JUST STOP IT. Evreyone's sick of this!

Commonsense, all of the states have had the chance to elect delegates to the Democratic Convention. Two of the states declined to do so. It is too bad that they did that, but Barak would have won in those two states also had he campaigned in them. Since those states decided to void their voters votes, both Hillary and Barak did not campaign in those states. (I do agree with you, however, that the US is often hypocritical, e.g. with respect to nuclear proliferation.)

IPgilbert, you are right! Tree-swallow MUST be a women's libber who cannot get a man to go near her! Why else would she base her opinions on sex of candidates alone? Perhaps better being sexist than racist, but either is NOT acceptable!

ipgilbert, I am guessing that you drive a pick-up truck, drink beer and wear a baseball cap all of the time, except maybe when you go to bed..........and could be the cause of someone not wanting to date much..........this is straying a bit from the original argument, I think.

She should read Shakespear's Death of Hamlet "Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow, Creeps in this petty pace from day to day, Till the last syllable of recorded time. All your yesterdays have lighted fools, The way to dusty death. Out , out brief candle. For life's but a walking shadow. It's a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, And then is heard no more. T'is the tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing."

yes, it will be hard for the "guys club" to get used of a female as leader, but they will get over it.

The sayings go " on, and on, and on" that Hillary should concede to Obama even when "ALL" of the people have not had a chance to have their votes counted in the course of democracy. It amazes me that the United States are the first to advocate democracy to other nations but when it comes to leading by example, they are the first ones to try to throw someone who has the commitment, experience and deligence, their perfect candidate under the bus. Charism, smisma!! Solution solver***YES!
