20 lashes for the dirty dog. he should be sued for everything he owns, bought and paid for by his professional fraud as proceeds of crime.

he certainly wasn't a pathologist. he was a sham, a pretender. and what he did was not only reprehensible but deserving of a long prison sentence and large compensation payment. but presuemeably that won't happen as he then suddenly be part of the civil/public service, which has no individual accountability in Canada.

He wasn't a Civil Servant, he was a pathologist, which is an M.D., they generally work in Hospitals, and the job is granted by the Medical Advisory Committee. If he was working for the Coroner's Office then he would have been a witness for thye prosecution, not an expert witness. I really get tired of the ignorant beating up on the people who work for them - that's what Public Servant means! and we are people, just like you! Don't confuse Government appointees with PS. The rules are different.

This is a good time to right some of the wrongs committed by these incompetent paid consumers. After all the wrongful conviction cases coming to light where people spent years in jail for murder, simply because a civil servant and his friends got together and wanted someone in jail for a crime. We must find a way to go back and charge these criminals and make them pay. They call up a friend and hide out in another taxpayer paid job somewhere. Be counted Canada. E-Mail an MP Elections coming.

From the sound of comments, this is sad, dramatic, frustrating, and maddening. The more one thinks about this, the more disturbing it becomes. That ‘sorry’ excuse, and the wounded doe look makes it worst. Where in the world did he get his medical degree and license? And what does that tell you? Should everyone going to medical school pass a carefully formulated psychological test? The number of charlatans out there is incredible.

Right on Ordie. The fact is everyone who allows people to get a public servant job (they can learn how later) is responsible for this. We heard from Waterton (I think it was) that the fellow got the water management job from friends he worked with for years, who knew he was not qualified for it. They assumed he would not kill a lot of the taxpayers he was paid to protect. He ended up with severance pay. Ontario's Old Boy's Club must end. They've done enough damage in their useless little life.
