Bombardier doesn't give a crap about market conditions or profits. If they lose a few hundred million the Canadian taxpayers will reward them handsomely for their poor management and replace the loss two-fold, while children starve and Canadian troops in Afghanistan go without proper equipment. It's the "Canadian Way" of commerce!

Four men were killed, more were wounded, when an American fighter pilot hit a Canadian training force with a 500-pound bomb. The tragedy occurred just before 2:00 a.m. on 18 April. It was the first Canadian deaths in a battle zone since the Korean War. The Canadians (of the Third Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry) were on a live-fire nighttime training mission in southern Afghanistan. American F-16 pilots (of the 183rd Fighter Wing) mistook the muzzle flashes for hostile fire.

Oh, you guys would prefer to get rid of it, like the space arm, electric cars, the Arrow. Can't we have any pride about what we Canadians produce. Actually I wish Bombardier we produce Figther Jets and mobile units for our arm forces. But we Canadians are a bunch of sheeps that follows the lead wherever it goes. That's probably why no one on the world scene ever talk about us or praise our efforts.

This company never fails to get negative comments from readers. Bombardiers biggest competitor is Embraer, but soon there will be the nifty Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100, which I predict will be very successful, and following will be Mitsubishi's new short range jet, which has support from Toyota and Saab.

It's time that the Canadian government stops handing out taxpayer's money to this corporate welfare bum! They are a private, for-profit multinational corporation and if they want ot stay in business and build whatever, do it with their own money, and stp expecting the taxpayer's of Canada to fund their projects while they to most of their manufaturing outside of Canada.
