    If they don't want help from the usa, why doesn't the usa piggyback their aid onto a country that is allowed to give aid. for example, ship the supplies through another country. After all, should the all important end result not be aid to the people who need it and not who gets the recognition for sending it. Come on people, get over yourselves and get on with the job at hand.
