You can arrest people for insanity? Let's take a guess here. He thought, maybe I can forge a check... Yeah! For $360. Niiice. No $3,600. It's just an extra zero after all... And so on until it was $360,000,000,000. Maybe 'if' they doubt me, I can convince them to cash a portion of it and hold the rest. Say. $360 worth. Hmmm, no. $3,600 would be better. Where's my pot? I make better decisions when I'm high.

I wonder where did that young man get that check! I think he is stupid enough not knowing that no bank will cash a check, even just worth $10,000.00. One factor why he doesn't know what he was doing, is smoking marijuana, that's why he looks and behave more than damn than the usual! I can not believe that we're already in the 21st century and there are still lot of people who are illiterate in North America? Unbelieveable!
