I have taken my dogs plenty of times to Tim Hortons for timbits. I always ask for 2 plain timbits and they see my dogs standing outside waiting. Normally they are given to me for free and usually there's more than the 2 I have ordered. So why in gods name would you fire a woman for giving a crying baby a timbit to help another woman. I find Nicole Lilliman's act one of kindness and compassion towards another woman. WAY TO GO TIM HORTONS, YOU REALLY TAKE KINDNESS TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL!!

This is the most pathetic corporate action and demonstration of greed I have ever seen. Shame on Tim Hortons', shame on the franchise owner, and triple shame on the management that was present, "viewing" the "crime". What are you people thinking with? Clearly my next "coffee" won't come from "Timmy's". Your corporate "red-faced" apology is a knee-jerk reaction to CUSTOMER ANGER

Finally Tim's did the right thing and reinstated her. Rather than firing her, Tims should have given her a "good citizen" award for having the decency to have compassion for a child. What people don't realise is that thousands of dollars worth of "timbits" and other food items are thrown out or destroyed every day because they are past their sell-by date. Tim's have finally shown some "cents" !

Well, that is a good one considering that if you go through the drive through at Tim's and you have a dog in your car they will give your dog a Timbit!!! How much more ridiculous this world is getting? Firing someone for giving a baby a 16 cents Timbit when it's the same company that hands them out for free to dogs! Nice going .....

You just sit up there on your highhorse salrygirl and hope to God you never make a mistake or worse someone you know makes a mistake and you get punished for it. Get a grip it was 1 store out of hundreds. Try to put it into perspective instead of sensationalizing it to the point of punishing a whole company for the actions of 1 manager. Not once has Tim Horton head office condoned the firing. A lot worse things happen at thousands of businesses happen every day and they do not get boycotted.
