You're confused becoz you think there's a 'role' to play, and other people around you don't seem to be playing those roles. But, surprise! (or as you'd say 'Revelation') we are naturally set with primal urges to get some things done - like looking after kids, wanting to look after kids, love another adult, build a house, etc. And we don't need somebody 2000yrs ago, (or 1300yrs ago) telling us what to do. Weak minded ppl though, like you, get swept up by the bible bashers, and do their bidding.

joe: It is you who is confused, and you who is a small minority. People generally have aspirations and desires for what they want to do in their lives, and they go about their lives trying to fulfil those goals, both long term and short term. But you go on about some god-given 'purpose' in life like you need to be told what to do. As you say, like you're following a role. You're confused becoz you think there's a 'role' to play. Nobody's contorting nature, they're living it. You're not.

I see the "confused" continue to propagate here.confused about gender,confuseds about family roles,confused about life and it's purpose. I pity the confused,in their time of frustration and guilt,who cannot or through their unfallable pride,have to go against the grain! Your lot,thankfully is a minority.continue to twist and contort the laws of nature.continue to worship at the alter of the culture of death.A lot that deserves the pity of others!

Wtg Ellen , you deserve to be happy and glad you and Portia will finally be able to get married . Wish i could be there of course lol but i wish nothing but the best for the 2 of you .Hope ppl leave you alone and don't judge you , life is too short to judge ppl for just trying to be happy .You make the world smile on your show now its your time to smile and be happy .Love your show , you are the best talk show ever .
