I was once mistaken for a woman in the men's room. I was very ill at the time and the guy in question was lucky he didn't make a scene. I nearly barfed on his shoes before I could get to a stall. My point is, who cares about m/f in the bathroom? You're there to get rid of waste and get out. Men have been attacked in the men's room BY MEN and the same goes for women. Thinking a lesbian wants every woman is the same as thinking a man does. It's just not true. Childish.

The restaurant owner should be thankful he's not in Canada...on top of the fine he and his staff would have to take gender sensitivity training, and he'd have to build a special washroom for bulldykes. Can't wait for the revolution...

SMARTPEOPLE..you are such a dick... a lesbian is a woman too.. lesbians have every right to use a woman's bathroom.. who cares if she was more masculan then feminine.. the point realyl is, when she was diallowed to use the bathroom.. even after she said i can prove i am female.. who cares about the money. the realyl wasn't not this women's point i am sure..the whole point was discremination...

Oh come on! She got $35 000? Now I've heard it all ! She obviously looked like a man, she's a lesbian, a lot of them look like men, it's hard to tell the difference. The bouncer was just doing his job and making sure women of the restaurant were protected. Think about it! For the same reason men are not allowed in woman's washrooms, lesbians shouldn't be allowed. Maybe the men in the restaurant can sue too and con $35 000 out of it because they're not allowed in the woman's restroom.
