Congradulations to the new couple. I think its great they did not let the media moguls turn their wedding into a three ring circus. Having watched the media blind people with the camera flashes by the thousands (all at the same time going off). Plus the hounding of the bridal couple right into the bedroom. Do you blame them? Smart on their part. Once again: Congradts to them and many happy returns.

I too am Canadian so it makes me proud to see that Autumn is now married into the royals.She is a beautiful woman.My congratulations to both of them.

Converted to Protestantism? Like converting from natural gas to propane? More insanity. Good for the British tabloids exposing the ridiculous goings on in silly old Britain. Mind you their exposures are pretty superficial. I hope they are still looking for the White Fiat and the chauffeur's blood sample.

to be honest, monarchy is like fascism in disguise. its a good thing that the queen has been reduced to a figurehead, but that still doesn't justify how someone could be that rich just by sitting on her backside and waving. at least this happy couple both have real jobs. "Under British law, a royal who marries a Catholic loses his claim to the throne." that law is insanely archaic, more than 300 years old. not that i want this monarchy to last much longer but that law is just stupid.

Did we all miss the point of the story? The media is irked that they were blocked from the wedding and only hello was let in. Good for this new couple to take control over the media instead of vice versa. As for switching religions...she is a big girl free to marry whoever and be whatever religion she choses. This is a stupid place for a religious forum - buggar off people!

Holy crap the story of Jesus never really said what religion he believed in only which one he was born too. She's still Catholic....and the whole family has slapped tradition and honour in the face for generations why stop now... (ie: the horrible treatment of Diana)
