It's tempting to make a long flight a productive one, but sometimes you should just put away the laptop and catch some zzz's.

One airline passenger recently dozed off while typing — with his finger on the slash key.

Poor guy. He'll have a lot of deleting to do when he wakes up.

While "dude sleeping on jet with finger on slash key" is going viral — probably because it could happen to anyone, and we're just glad it's not us waking up to a huge document of nothing — there are far worse things that could happen while napping on a plane than writing the epic novel "//////////////////////////////////////////////..."

A stranger could fall asleep on your lap. Or, like passenger Tom Wagner, you could wake up from a nap to a dark, empty plane.

This story, however, beats them all:

In 2012, a French woman fell asleep on a flight home to Paris. She woke up in Pakistan.
