Boss surprises employees by breaking it down with their dance moves

John Griffith busts a move in this viral video.

Who says a nature lover can't bust a move?

Certainly not Antwon McCoy and Leonard Patton, listed as those responsible for teaching their nerdy boss the dance moves he busts out in this video.

The three dancers are hard-working members of the California Conservation Corps, according to the description.

The star of this office dance-off is John Griffith, described as a "big nature nerd/mountain man boss."

When Griffith breaks it down before the camera, his employees laugh and cheer him on, looking proud. Griffith told HLN that he's actually been dancing for years. The performance is a result of his own talent combined with moves his employees taught him.

The video was posted in August of 2012 but it's started making the rounds online this week after someone posted it to Reddit. The reaction is mostly envy from those wishing their boss was this awesome.

It looks like Griffith posted the video on his own channel, adding a note in the description that he's also the author of an 'eco-fantasy novel,' entitled Totem Magic: Going MAD. The website says the book's goal is to engage kids with nature. Griffith says he's donating the proceeds to environmental groups.
