Pet loyalty reaches its height in a new video that appears to show a dog pushing its owner's wheel chair through flood waters.

The video, captured from a vehicle at an unknown location, captured footage as those recording passed a man in a wheelchair. He waves at them and as they pass, a dog comes into view. The pet is standing on two hind paws with its front paws on the back of the wheelchair. It's unclear if the dog is pushing or simply hanging on.

Some users commented it was unfortunate no one had stopped to help the man.

Floods have swept over central Europe over the past week, in areas including Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, according to the CBC. Reports say thousands have evacuated the affected areas.

The Russian speaking people in this video are the only clue about where it might have been recorded, but International Business Times reports Russia has hardly suffered any impact from the current flooding in Europe.
