Students all wear pineapple shirts for yearbook photos, Internet loves it

Very few details were given when Reddit user alexbernstine posted his class’ yearbook photos online, only that 18 male students of the 56-student class “thought it would be funny to pass around a pineapple shirt on picture day.”

The photos quickly went viral.

Some people assumed the photos were old.

“No way this is 2015 with those hairstyles. I’m gonna take a guess and say 2003, anybody know?” wrote Reddit user BrianDET313.

Reddit user throwaway1536285, however, insisted that the photos were taken in 2015.

“Source: I’m in the pic,” he wrote.

The redditor then answered the most pressing questions online:

“Alright, for those wondering. I will answer the most asked questions. 1. This is from 2015. 2. Arkansas. Enough said. 3. Private school, not much diversity. And we have a small dress code. That should cover most of the questions with those three things in mind. Source: I am in the pictures.”

We still don’t know where the students got the shirt, or if this is the order in which the photos were taken, as sorted by one Reddit user with plenty of time on his/her hands. All we know is we didn’t take full advantage of picture day in high school.
