An elderly woman who walked into a Wisconsin drum shop and stunned staff with her rock 'n roll percussion is gaining recognition, though anonymously, in an online video showing her skills.

"She was rocking out before rock was rock," the description says on the video shared to Facebook earlier in July.

Indeed, the retiree in jeans and a pink T-shirt doesn't look like the type of drummer you'd see on a concert stage. But don't let her white hair fool you; she looks right at home with the rhythm.

The Coalition Drum Shop in La Crosse, WI, posted another video of the same woman on its YouTube channel.

"We have no idea where this lady came from, what her name is, or where she went but she rocked our faces off!" the description says.

She doesn't stop to say anything at all during this minute and a half clip.

The drum shop shared the video to its Facebook page asking if anyone knew more about the mysterious musician they describe as "Grandma Drummer."

She's probably smiling somewhere after having shown those kids how it's done.
