Russian tells off police officer for breaking the law

The officer obeys the man, puts down his phone and buckles up

Most people would never dream of telling cops off or explaining to them all the laws they are breaking, but that's exactly what one man did in Russia.

According to Red Hot Russia, the person who shot the video explained that he was just driving to work one morning when he looked to his left and spotted some rule-breaking.

In the video, the driver pulls up next to two cops in a car and sees that one of them is on the phone and without a seat belt. He gets the cops to roll down a window and then berates them for breaking the law.

"Why no seat belt? And with the mobile phone in a state-owned car?" says the voice in the video. "Put down the phone and buckle up."

As the cop puts down his phone, the voice describes what law the policeman is breaking (decree No. 185). The cop in the driver's seat then reluctantly buckles up.
