OK, the reason for census is so that the government knows where and how to put tax dollars to work. It's not 'Big Brother', they could care less about you as an individual, they want the full picture so that tax dollars are put to their best use. And it's also a historical snapshot of your country for future reference. If you think they are interrested in you as an individual, your being narcissistic. If they asked you what your job was and you said drug dealer or wathcing pornography all day, they would mark it down and move on. THEY DON'T CARE, so stop getting so hung up on yourself, your not that special

I did not recieve a census in the mail, so I called them about it. The idiot told me to keep waiting, it'll arrive. Still waiting..... Hey, I tried.

Here in the united states when they come around telling me to fill it out, i tell them i only have to fill out the amount of people living here and NOTHING more. They become very angry saying i could be arrested, ofc i tell them that sounds great, would you like to use my phone or do you have a phone to call them? I'll be waiting in my house, just knock on the door when the police arrive. :)

i didn't receive any census here in Quebec, Canada.. No one came around here, and i always fill out census forms..

so this census tells us Canada's population is increasing overall, more in some places and less in others, moreover some places are loosing population. do we need a census to know this?.
would this information not be gathered from SIN and every province's health care system with a centralized computer?

adding population will only make BAD politician's bickering worse .. best suckers will always out do each others... ergo, more fights and blah blah blahs .. sucking up most of the taxpayers hard earned money at their disposal.

i would like to see the projections for how long it will be before we are considered a muzlamic country. brampton, windsor, and london at least have been conquered already in ontario. vancouver is long gone, montreal will fall soon.
