‘I’ll keep coming as long as I can move’: McDonald’s employee turns 100

Morris Miller started working at McDonald's in Needham, Massachusetts, when he was 75.

On Saturday, he celebrated two milestones: 25 years on the job, and his 100th birthday.

"I'll keep coming as long as I can move," Miller said at his birthday celebration, emphasizing that camaraderie is what he lives for.

When Miller turned 90, his duties shifted from heavy lifting to customer service. He now sees himself as a "store ambassador," greeting customers with a smile and engaging them in conversation while he drinks his coffee, for a few hours three days a week.

One regular customer told MyFoxPhilly that Miller is "funny and always makes us laugh."

"This is what keeps all the customers coming back, his smile and his determination to just keep on going," said store owner Tim McCoy.

When asked to share his fondest memories over the last 25 years, Miller just smiled:

"At my age we don't remember anything."
