Random Act of Coolness: B.C. biker stops to help stuck woman

Now that was a close call! A speeding biker manages to dodge a van at the last second!

A Victoria, B.C., biker is challenging stereotypes and encouraging Canadians to go out of their way to perform R.A.C., "random acts of coolness."

YouTube user RideVictoria recently posted a video of himself pulling over to help a woman in a motorized wheelchair who had gotten stuck in a shallow ditch between the sidewalk and some planted flowers.

He titled the video "How We Do a Drive-By in Canada."
