Young tycoon Mollie Price opens her third candy store at age 6

Most 6-year-olds like candy.

Not very many of them own a candy store.

Mollie Price, 6, doesn't just own a candy store, she owns a chain of them. The little Welsh tycoon just opened her third "Mollie's" shop — with a little help from her mom, Becky.

"It might sound crazy but believe me Mollie is the real brains behind the operation. It was Mollie's idea to set up the shop," Becky told the Shropshire Star.

"She works in one of the stores on Saturday and wakes up at 5 a.m. every Sunday ready to go to our wholesale suppliers in Birmingham to restock," Becky said, adding that her daughter plans to continue expanding the business, setting up more stores.

"She's definitely leaning towards a career in business and she has plans to take over the sweet shops when she's older. It's been a great learning experience for her."

One of Mollie's business ideas has made ice cream cheaper on cold days:

"She came up with the idea of a temperature chart on the wall so if it's really cold we sell our Mr Whippy ice creams cheaper than when it's hot outside," Becky said.

Another of Mollie's ideas was to have two large tin soldiers, named after her brothers, standing guard at the entrance of one of the shops.

Molly believes that her ideas help make the shop appealing to all ages:

"Children have the best ideas. I tell my mum what I think and she always says I have good ideas. It's just that I know what other children like," she told the Shropshire Star.

No surprise here, Mollie's favourite movie is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Yes, Mollie's sells Wonka products.
