The unenviable chore of sorting socks is what often leads me to just throw the entire bunch right into the drawer. It's the kind of tedious task that no one enjoys, and Samy Liechti is certainly no different.
With the help of his peers, the co-founder of Blacksocks has devised an iPhone app to make the sorting of socks a much simpler task. And that's just one of the many foot adorning plights that this unique product hopes to address.

For the smooth price of $189, you can turn 10 of your finest pairs of socks into "smarter socks." Tag your socks so that their partners never go astray. Use the iPhone's camera to monitor how much the colours have faded and monitor their wash count. All of this can be done using the wireless remote and the accompanying iPhone app.
