There were some frightening and chilly moments for an 80-year-old man when his car landed in about a metre of water at the entrance of the P.E.I. National Park late Tuesday afternoon.
The man lost control of his vehicle at the park's Rustico entrance and landed in water that was almost up to the windows.
The man was rescued by passersby. Police and fire officials also responded.
