The former foster son of Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson — wanted on drug trafficking and weapons charges — is in police custody, RCMP say.
Jinagh Navas-Rivas surrendered to police in Richmond, B.C. Thursday, RCMP Sgt. Peter Thiessen said.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Navas-Rivas, 21, and four other men last week after cocaine-trafficking charges were laid against him. He also faces a charge of illegally transferring a handgun.
One of the other wanted men, Vinh Hoang David Le, 25, also gave himself up Thursday, Thiessen said.
