This is the brilliant moment a 'Top Gull' bird pulled off a spectacular photobomb when it was captured flying alongside the RAF Red Arrows.

The well-timed picture, taken by Jade Cozon while she was was at the Llandudno Air Show has spread across the internet.

The photo shows eight of the Red Arrows performing aerobatics in tight formation, with the bird flying in the ninth position – complete with plane vapour streaming behind it.

Photography student Jade, 18, couldn't believe her luck when she saw the image and since posting it online, it has been viewed over one million times.

She said: 'I was there to take pictures of the air show, I was taking pictures of the planes and the seagulls as well and then both things joined together.'

Despite her success, the Chester University student remained modest about her achievement.

She said: 'It was mainly luck but I was really happy with it. I saw the seagull fly in the way of the picture before I took it.'

Jade added that her family are very proud of her, including her dad who is professional photographer.
