With the approval of the Ontario Lacrosse Association for their amalgamation, Fergus and Elora minor lacrosse will officially hold elections to fill executive positions for Centre Wellington Minor Lacrosse on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
The Fergus Devils managed to gain a split of two games last weekend, but it came with a high cost for the struggling club.
The Elora Rocks just keep cruising right along, and it appears there is very little that can stand in their way. As per their usual M.O. this season, the Rocks got goals from nine different players in Port Elgin last Friday night and skated to a 9-5 win over the Saugeen Shores Winterhawks.
In their latest litmus test, the Elora Rocks showed they're still the class of the WOAA North even if they don't hold the championship trophy.
