Toronto - A large stretch of Toronto's lakefront will be off-limits to the public, in the wake of Tuesday night's severe thunderstorm. Severe thunderstorms had rolled through parts of the GTA, and further north, the storms were even more powerful, knocking down trees and power lines.

Toronto - A dog owner faces charges after she allegedly left her Chihuahua in a sweltering car for a day and a half. The Toronto Sun reported the dog, Taco, was left in a black sports car, which was sitting in a sunny parking lot on Chalkfarm Drive in Rexdale.
