Army Command Sergeant Major Terrence Murphy sheds tears during a vigil for those killed and wounded in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. US President Barack Obama has sought to reassure US service men and women in the wake of the deadly shooting rampage, saying the tragedy had also displayed 'the best of America.
