LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Avril Lavigne has filed for divorce from Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley over 'irreconcilable differences,' according to court papers obtained by Access Hollywood.In papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday by an attorney for the 'Girlfriend' singer, she lists their date of separation as September 4, 2009, three years and one month after their July 15, 2006 wedding.
