Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper watches ceremonies from behind the Olympic Flame following its arrival in Victoria, British Columbia October 30, 2009. The torch will now begin 106-day journey across Canada before arriving at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games on February 12.
