LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears is getting ready to bring her 'Circus' back to North America - and she's bringing a new opening act along for the ride.Kristinia DeBarge and Ciara will open for the pop star when 'The Circus Starring Britney Spears' heads to Canada and the U.S. beginning on August 20.
