LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Fans who missed 'The Circus Starring Britney Spears' the first time around are in luck, the pop star is bringing her wildly successful tour back to North America. Currently touring Europe, Britney will return to North America this August to perform in 20 cities, kicking off the new North American leg of her tour in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
