LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears will release 'The Singles Collection' on November 24 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her recording debut, reps for the star announced on Wednesday.The release will also include a new Britney track, '3,' recorded with longtime producer Max Martin ('...Baby One More Time,' 'If U Seek Amy'), which is set to hit radio on Tuesday, September 29.
