Chinese labourers transport iron rods at the construction site of the new Costa Rican national stadium in San Jose November 24, 2009. The stadium costing $83 million dollars is donated by the Chinese government after establishing diplomatic relations with Costa Rica in June 2007, according to an official from the Ministry of the Presidency.
