Zheng Shuzhen, grandmother of a baby who died after drinking tainted milk, weeps with a photo of her 1-year-old granddaughter Zhou mengxin outside a Health Ministry office in Beijing, last May. Chinese police have tried to prevent parents of children sickened by tainted milk powder from traveling to Beijing to mark the anniversary of last year's scandal, an activist said Thursday.
