Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, talks to reporters, Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, in Seattle. Just six weeks before a key meeting on climate change, Ban said Monday he's hopeful the U.S. Senate will pass a significant bill to limit carbon emissions. Ban spoke after taking part in a luncheon put on by the Seattle Chamber of Commerce.
