Czech President Vaclav Klaus arrives to a briefing to announce to media that he signed the Lisbon treaty in Prague November 3, 2009. The Czech Constitutional Court threw out a complaint against the EU's Lisbon treaty on Tuesday, removing the last obstacle to its ratification.
