The Czech Republic's President Vaclav Klaus leaves after speaking to the media about signing the Lisbon treaty in Prague November 3, 2009. The Czech Constitutional Court threw out a complaint against the EU's Lisbon treaty on Tuesday, removing the last obstacle to its ratification.
