Nalgonda is one of the poorest and most drought prone area of the southern state of Andhra Pradesh where dangerously high levels of fluoride content in the ground water have lead to widespread cases of Fluorosis , the paralysis bone disease caused by consuming water with a high fluoride content, local media reported.
