LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- For the fashion forward Lady Gaga, every day could be Halloween - but the star told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush in an interview for 'The Billy Bush Show' that she's hoping to dress down on the holiday. 'I'm excited for this year because I found out that some people will be dressing like me, so I'm hoping I can just not dress up and go out unnoticed,' Gaga said.
