Lebanese chefs chop parsley as they prepare to make Tabbouleh, a traditional Lebanese salad, in Beirut October 25, 2009 during an attempt to create a Guinness World Record for the biggest plate of Tabbouleh in the world. The chefs produced over 3,577 kg (7,886 lbs) of the chickpea-based salad and claimed to have achieved their goal.
