A boy dressed as the Hindu monkey god Hanuman runs during the Hindu festival of Dussehra in Srinagar September 28, 2009. Full- fledged Dussehra celebrations were held in Srinagar for the first time since a Muslim rebellion against New Delhi's rule broke out in the Himalayan region at the end of 1989 which according to authorities has claimed more than 47,000 lives so far. Effigies of 10-headed demon King 'Ravana', brother Kumbhkarana and son Meghnath are burnt during the festival which commemorates the triumph of Lord Rama over Ravana, marking the victory of good over evil.
