LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Police arrived in Paris Hilton's neighborhood for the second time in a week on Thursday night over an alleged noise complaint, but the celebutante's boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt, said it wasn't because of a rumored fight. 'Last night, my girlfriend, Paris, got a prank phone call from someone pretending that her dog Tinkerbell was let out of her house and it was [run] over,' Doug told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush in an interview for 'The Billy Bush Show' on Friday. 'She started screaming and crying about it, thinking it was true.'
