Military personnel line the deck of the USS New York (LPD 21), an amphibious transport dock ship built with 7.5 tons of steel from the World Trade Center in her bow, as it makes its way up the Hudson River in New York, November 2, 2009. The USS New York, the fifth ship in the LPD 17 San Antonio class of amphibious transport dock ships, will be commissioned for duty November 7.
