Photo released in 2009 by Rio Tinto shows a truck at a mine in Western Australia. Rio R into and fellow mining giant BHP Billiton have said Tuesday they will cooperate with European regulators probing their proposed iron ore joint venture, which has also raised concerns in the world's biggest iron exporter, China.
