This 2004 NASA image returned from the Cassini spacecraft shows the first detailed reconnaissance of Saturn's small outer moon, Phoebe. It has been discovered that Phoebe, measuring only 214 kilometres (133 miles) across, has a circle of dusty debris with a diameter of some 13 mln km
