Sri Lankan refugees are seen onboard the Australian coast guard vessel Oceanic Viking, which is anchored near Bengkil Island, about 14km (8.2 miles) east of the Tanjung Pinang and the port of Kijang on the Indonesian island of Bintan, October 28, 2009. Seventy eight asylum seekers onboard the Oceanic Viking are waiting to be handed over to Indonesian authorities, according to the Australian Ministry of Home Affairs.
