The 'death chamber' at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Huntsville Unit in Huntsville, Texas. A US lawmaker has introduced legislation to end 'inhumane and unconstitutional' rules that prevent death row inmates from presenting newly discovered evidence to dispute their guilt.
