US Vice President Joe Biden gives a speech at the South Court Auditorium of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building in Washington, DC, on December 3. Biden spoke to Iraqi President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki Tuesday, offering condolences and condemnation after five bombs killed 127 people in Baghdad.
